lake day.

the snarr clan went to the lake!

we had so much fun. we broke the mold of heading up the the parents for lunch/dinner and headed outside for some sun and splashing. the kids loved it and practically entertained themselves. the boys talked business and swam across the lake. the girls chatted and layed out. my dad was incharge of throwing away any trash :) and we all snacked and enjoyed our time there. we went to Black Ridge reservoir in Herriman. it was a hit and i'm sure we'll be going back! it was so fun to watch the kids play together! the water was a bit cold but if you got tackled in like me you were use to it pretty quick. one of the funny moments of the day was when annie took off literally sprinting across the sand. no hesitation. we thought she needed to go the the bathroom...we started getting a bit worried because she wasn't stopping and was getting far. my dad started chasing after her and finally when they were on the complete opposite side of the lake {the size of ants} they headed back. i asked annie what she was doing when she came back, "i thought there was a slide over there." hahaha. they all have big personalities and have so much fun together! i'm so glad my kids will be close to their cousins like i am.
