Christmas was so much fun this year!
being it our first we had family to please but it all worked out perfectly.
we went to a lot of family activities and gatherings and they made it seem more like Christmas even though there wasn't snow. {which is fine by me}
We forgot the camera at my parents house so a lot of the pictures we do have are on eric's phone..so these will do!
some fun things we did were, having a visit from santa, went to the nutcracker, saw the temple square lights, ate yummy meals, had gift exchanges, saw sherlock!, and went snowmobiling
my mom is really good about doing a theme each year and this year our theme was based of the really cute Christmas/childrens book, The Three Trees.
So our gifts all had to be wood. {if you've read the book you'll understand}
we had to get creative and I think everyone did a great job!
we gave abby & tony a croquet set .. it looks like tone was excited :)

the kids had a hard time with their surprise because our 28573349 cars were in the way!
It was a great season! I felt very blessed and loved being with family and especially attending a great sacrament meeting on Christmas.
....
after all the family time eric & i decided to hop in our cars and head to California for a few days.

i just have to say that the picture of marsh in his jammies is so great! i think i'll show it to scott so we can use it for a little blackmail or something.
CUTE picture on top! you inspire me to wear hats like that. i still am a little afraid but i always think of you haha. and do i see a root case on your hubs phone? that is so funny! that's my hubs business!
