new job.

i love it.

seriously.

i was offered two jobs right after graduation. tender mercy.

one was with, Smoot Real Estate & the other with, Shabby Apple.

I made a pro/con list like usual.

Smoot Real Estate

pro: 2 minutes away

great pay

good environment

new/different experience

area for growth

normal hours

con: not that much

Shabby Apple

pro: fun

good experience

con: long drive

non-paid internship

work with all girls {could be messy}

part time

not sure if I'd be hired on

I made the decision for Smoot Real Estate.

I have loved it so much already.

It's a weird feeling to start a new job and trying to get the hang of it, but after I took over and cleaned out the entire office and set up a system I understood...things are smooth sailing!

I manage 10 agents, listing & closing house contracts, I've designed advertisting & new marketing ideas for the company, hopefully get to use my photography skills here in a few weeks with the homes, manage the companies social networks {ha} and a lot of other little things I wont bore you with.

I feel like I'm starting to be a "grown up"

it's weird...

especially because i'm doing crafts in my free-time.
